Host Color provides high class Customer service through a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system named "pZone". All customers of ours have a user names and passwords to login to its Personal Zone (pZone) where they can manage their accounts.Services and Products The log in box - "My pZone: Login" - is on the top right side of Host Color's corporate website. Once a customer logs in Host Color's CRM, he/she goes to "My pZone" section. All the services and products that the customer has ever purchased or used display in account area. There are different sections for " Domains", "Hosting Accounts" ( Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers), and "Website Services". All products or services in these three categories are categorized by "Active", "New Orders", "Expiring" and "Inactive". There is also a category named "All" where customers can see a summary of anything that was in service with Host Color. Settings When customers log in to "My pZone" they see a "Settings" box on the right side. They can change "user names" and "passwords", to update their profiles, to set up and edit their Affiliate profile, to check the Reward points earned up to date as well as to rate Host Color's support operators. Who Is Serving You? All customers can see a panel that shows a summary of the profile of customer support specialist who is serving them. The "Name", "Age", "Position", and "Rating" of the operator, as well as his/her picture display in the panel. Ticket Box and Messages You keep full control of the communication with Host Color's representatives in your "Ticket Box". All the messages (support tickets) are sorted in five categories - "New", "Pending", "Opened", "Closed" as well as "All" a category that provides a summary of all support tickets. Latest From Host Color Our customers can see "Latest News and Promotions" section below the "Ticket Box" in their pZones. They can find there the latest Host Color's news, promotional campaigns and developments.
